Sugar Grove Corn Boil, NFP
The Sugar Grove Corn Boil NFP invites
you to participate with a
Hand-crafted Art Booth and/or
Not-for-Profit Booth
at
the Sugar Grove Corn Boil.
Booth spaces for the displays measure approximately
10’x 10’. The Corn Boil reserves the right to place the booths wherever they deem
appropriate, in the best interest
of the Corn Boil. Spaces may be placed on asphalt,
lawn or indoors by request. Canopies
may be used; however, they must be contained within
the allotted space.
The
vendor is responsible for providing all of their
equipment and supplies for their display. The Corn
Boil is not responsible for providing any
display item or items needed for a display.
In regard to Hand-crafted Art Booths:
Registration
fee is $25.00 if payment is received by May 15th.
$30.00 if payment is received by June 15th. Late registration is $35.00 and will be accepted as space allows. No refunds will be made after June 15th unless the show is canceled.
For
the Not-for-Profit Booths:
Registration fee is
$10.00. Late
registration will be accepted, also at $10.00,
as space allows. No refunds will be made after June
15th unless the show is canceled.

of insurance,
- three
photos,

Please
enclose a self addressed stamped envelope for confirmation.
Envelopes will be mailed for registrations received
before June 30th,
Calls will be placed for registrations received
after that date.
